On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the Mystic Hills Homeowners Association website! As an owner in Mystic Hills this is your website so feel free to explore the various features available. Should you have any questions or suggestions, please contact our community manager, Sheryl Johnson at (480) 339-8833 or by email at  This website provides communication to our management company services and within Mystic Hills Community also allows for owners like you to access your personal account information, important documents as well as happenings in our community.

The site has both a public and private (homeowners only) areas. To access the homeowner-only portions, you must login to the site using the username and password provided to you by our management company. If you did not receive this information, please complete the login request form on the Public side to request your personal login.  If you have forgotten your username and login information, please contact our community manager.

We recommend that you begin in the Resident Home category where you will find the Events Calendar and a variety of announcements. Below are some of the features that can be found on the community website: 

 Resident Home- This is the Section that keeps you updated on events and announcements.
User Profile- Your User Profile contains all of the information about your online identity, as well as any information about yourself that you are willing to share with the other owners of the community. Any information entered here will appear in the Address Book for other logged-in owners to view with the exception of your username and password. To keep this information "hidden" you simply need to check the box on the profile that is labeled "Hide From Address Book." Please review and update your personal information whenever anything changes or at least annually. We also ask that you please notify our community manager of any changes to your contact information as well. NOTE: You must enter your email address into the User Profile to fully utilize many of the features on the site. We highly recommend you add your email and review and check "Subscriptions" you wish to receive.
Account Information- This is the most private part of the website, for your eyes only! Clicking on this link will display the data the management company has on record for you regarding the following items: Payment history including payment type and check numbers. The last update history, architectural requests and CC&R violations history.

Address Book- The Address Book is a searchable data base for all community homeowners including Board Members and other personnel. Although owners information such as addresses are available on this site, it is strictly prohibited to use the Address Book for any type of solicitation purposes. Anyone found abusing this section can and will be removed from all access to the website.

Board and Committees- Here you will find a complete listing of the Board Members, the Committees, the Committee Charters as well as information regarding board meeting dates.

Community Financials- The most current financial reports as well as the prior year ending reports can be found in this section.

Board Meetings- This section is where you can find meeting agendas and minutes for the last few years.

Governing Documents- The community Governing Documents and amendments are located in this section. Documents include: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), Residential Development Standards (RDS), Rules and Regulations and Policies and Procedures, etc.

Forms/Applications- A variety of forms in which owners may need during the building process can be found here in addition to forms regarding reserving the Clubhouse.

Requests/Applications- Here you can post messages or questions to specific people right from the site such as Board Members or the Community Manager.

FAQ's- Frequently Asked Questions and the responses are located in this section. Should you have an question that is not located here or you are unable to find the answer, post that question or request for help in the Requests/Applications section.

Surveys- Periodically surveys on community centric topics are posted. Each homeowner can vote one time on each survey. Only summarized results re available for all to see.

Photo Albums and Galleries- Many of the community events are photographed and posted here for your viewing pleasure. If you wish not to be photographed, please let those taking the pictures know so that your photos does not appear in the posted albums/galleries section.

Hot Links- This is a categorized list of interesting websites both locally and globally.

Log Out- Please be certain when you are finished viewing the site that you log out.
